Bill Stevenson joined Beau Box Commercial Real Estate in August of 2011 as a Commercial Agent and Development/Project Manager. Stevenson has a strong background in retail and land development and planning., Stevenson has been instrumental in developing new projects and managing existing projects. Since 2021 Stevenson has completed over $40,000,000 in real estate transactions.

Stevenson started his career in Real Estate Marketing and worked in Commercial Real Estate as a Financial Analyst, Project Manager and Vice President. Prior to moving to Louisiana and joining Beau Box, Stevenson was the Executive Vice President, CFO and a Partner in United Growth of San Francisco, CA. He participated in the development of 65 projects in ten states, comprised of more than 750,000 square feet.
